The 4th graders were enjoying singing a round to make harmony. These students are singing the Star Wars parody of “Brother John” to Mr. Whitworth.
Folk dancing benefits both the mind and the body. It is an excellent form of exercise and social interaction. It also requires cooperation to coordinate movements safely.
Mrs. Moore’s 4th graders enjoyed an Irish Dance to Pete Fire Flame. This dance reinforces clockwise and counterclockwise motion. We also learned how to pivot to change direction.

4th grade studied depth and learned how to create a vanishing point. They were given a choice of mixed media including markers, crayons, and colored pencils.
4th graders created winter landscapes featuring our state bird—the cardinal. The medium is oil pastels.
