I think the last video of “Ho Hey” got muted due to copyright. So, this performance is totally acapella. Mrs. Hodge’s class really enjoyed performing “One Call Away”.
Mr. Neyhart’s 5th graders were rockin’ Ho Hey on the ukes!
2nd graders had their first day on ukuleles. Here is Mrs. Bodner’s class playing “Green Cats Eat Ants” by plucking open strings. They are sharing in partners right now. I love seeing them help each other.
Mrs. Hodges’s 5th grade class enjoyed playing Chicken On the Fencepost and practicing some ukulele chords.
Mrs. Cook’s 3rd graders enjoyed playing “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” on ukuleles.
Mr. Neyhart’s 5th graders were rockin’ some Justin Timberlake this morning. We have learned 3 chords on the ukulele and had some awesome teamwork on the drum set. We hope you enjoy this clip from “Can’t Stop The Feeling”.
Mrs. Lowe’s 2nd grade class enjoyed a singing game called Bells In the Tower. This game secretly reinforces lots of musical concepts. One group played melody on the xylophones, one group played harmony on the ukuleles, while another group played the game.
Play me some Skynyrd!!!
5th grade learned the D chord on ukulele. And rocked out to Sweet Home Alabama.
2nd Grade practiced A minor on ukulele while we read a book—Tortoni Tremolo: The Cursed Musician
